What you study
It is important to have a basic grounding in cookery, so we would encourage you to join the Level 1 VRQ in Professional Cookery & Hospitality, before progressing onto Level 2. On Level 2, you will have the chance to join Academy Nathan Outlaw, where you will receive training by Nathan himself, along with other members of his highly respected team. If you continue your training to Level 3, you will be given the opportunity to work at the highest level for Nathan in a Michelin-star kitchen or restaurant. Real work experience will help you build valuable skills for your future career and will be a real added benefit to your CV. All Levels combine lots of practical and some theoretical work, with visits to leading businesses and events.
